Coastal Corrosion Offshore LLC is a single source cathodic protection contractor providing a full line of services and materials utilized in the corrosion field. This organization performs preliminary design surveys, prepares project specifications, manufacturers cathodic protection materials, installs all types of galvanic sacrificial type systems and impressed current systems. We also perform Level 1 Surveys which include drop cell and top side for structure and pipelines. Our staff can evaluate Level 1 and Level 2 diving surveys. In addition we also offer "coating evaluations" and Ultra Sonic (UT) services.
Our company can save you money on many of your projects because we are a (one) source company, eliminating the need for unnecessary sub-contractors, we provide computerized designs for offshore structures, pipelines and all types of production vessels and tanks. Designs are usually included with anode purchases and installations.
 We can handle your complete "Retrofit Package". This package is a "Turnkey Price" which includes design and recommendations, anodes & clamps with required hardware, a corrosion engineer to supervise operations, a formal report (pre-post potential data) including a video tape of each anode installed and competitive bids from 3 diving companies with motor vessels. We provide a full line of "Aluminum Anodes" from our Port Arthur, TX facility. We are the distributor for Standard Alloys and Manufacturing. We provide the design for anode systems at no cost to you when you purchase the anodes from us. We also manufacture all types of zinc anodes at our Baton Rouge foundry.
All of our surveys and installations include a formal written report. Our reports are complete and can be forwarded to M.M.S. They include potential readings (structure to electrolyte), drawings, photographs, recommendations and is presented in a formal "Report Book" form.

In our shop we fabricate anodes for offshore and land side applications tailored to meet your needs. We inventory a wide variety of cathodic protection materials and take pride in our ability to expedite deliveries.
Offshore Platform History
We have records, which date back to 1959, of most of the offshore structures in the Gulf of Mexico. All of these records provide information of dated surveys and installations. Maps, drawings and pictures are also available for many of these structures. We can research these "archives" for your present platforms or those you may have an interest in purchasing in the future. All you need to do is provide the name of the company the structures were purchased from with the alphabet and number of the structure and we can locate the records in our "archives". |
